Phaselis residences draw attention with their relaxing lines in their architecture in terms of housing design and their exemplary structure in terms of order. The project was completed in the same year. All Antalya interior design works of the residences were carried out by Picco Architecture.
At the entrance of the residences, which have striking details in terms of design, white and light colors welcome us, and at the end of the corridor, which continues in the same tone, there is the bedroom with its brown door.
The kitchen of the 185m2 residence, which has a large living room, is separated from the living room with the help of a glass screen. The spacious air that is added to the interior with the large sea-view balconies in the living room is supported by the spotlights used in the right places. The modern designed counter, lighting and windows in the kitchen distinguish itself from the classical style residences.
Light brown tones, which show themselves more in the master bedroom, offer ideal conditions for sleep. The fireplace in the room adds an authentic atmosphere to the interior, while the small jacuzzi used helps it to combine with modern lines. The marbles used in the jacuzzi help you feel more comfortable while changing the air inside. The cabinets used in the residence, which has a large dressing room, help you to use the space in the most ideal way. The most ideal conditions are created for you to make the right combinations with a large mirror used and the pouf in front of it.
The comfort of the guests in the residence, which has a guest bedroom, has been designed in accordance with Turkish hospitality and every need has been considered. While an entertainment unit is created with a television placed inside, the bathroom is also added to the room, providing equipment that can meet all needs.
The nursery is equipped with a wall-mounted desk facing the window for a child’s needs. While the windows used provide plenty of sunlight to enter the interior, the light colors used on the walls support the interior to be a spacious place.
While predominantly white tones are used outside the living room in general, brown tones used in the living room floor, ceiling and furniture play an important role in warm family conversations. The residence, which draws attention with its modern structure and occasionally used classical style, increases the opportunities for families while maintaining comfort.
